We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS out of our Middleburg Hts, Ohio based warehouse.
Orders received before 10 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, will be processed for shipment the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or after the 10 AM cut-off will be processed the following business day. All orders over $99 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping to all 50 states – meaning you’ll typically have your order within 3 to 6 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Standard Shipping is delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Need your supplies faster? For an additional fee, we also offer expedited 1 Business Day shipping ($34.99) and 2 Business Day Delivery ($24.99). We also offer Ground Delivery (3-5 business days) for $16.99 which provides more comprehensive tracking than standard shipping.
Please note that 1 Business Day Shipping for breathing machines (includes all CPAP, Bilevel, ASV and Humidifier units) may not be available. Please contact our Customer Service team to inquire about immediate availability of your product if you require expedited service.
Orders placed on Friday with regular 1-Day shipping will be delivered on the following business day, Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, there is an additional fee to deliver on a non-business day. The total cost for Saturday delivery will; be based on weight and delivery location.

Shipping is available to U.S. military addresses (APO, DPO, and FPO) only through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you require shipping to one of these types of addresses, Standard Shipping must be selected as FedEx or UPS service will not be available.
